GPSR Article 9 requires the manufacturer's name, registered trade name or trademark, and postal address on every product. Missing this is one of the most common violations flagged by market surveillance authorities.

Is the manufacturer's contact information (email or website) visible on each product page?
Consumers and authorities must be able to contact the manufacturer. An email address or website URL satisfies this requirement alongside the postal address.

Under GPSR, every product from a non-EU manufacturer must have an EU-based Responsible Person. Without one, the product cannot legally be sold in the EU single market.

Are safety warnings provided in the official language(s) of every EU country you sell to?
GPSR requires safety information in the language of the member state where the product is sold. Selling to France with English-only warnings is a compliance failure.
